Recently, Andi Sumangerukka, Governor of Southeast Sulawesi Province in Indonesia, along with Deputy Governor Ir. Hugua, led a government delegation including Amri, the Head of Kolaka Regency, senior military and police officials, among other key figures, to inspect the IPIP Industrial Park. They focused on examining the progress of park construction, industrial collaboration, and its strategic value to the local economy. The inspection was accompanied by Shao Weisheng, CEO of the IPIP park, and Ning Jiancheng, Deputy General Manager, who reported on the project’s progress.

Recently, Zhejiang Huayou Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayou Recycling") and Jiangsu Huayou Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayou Energy") successfully completed their first export of lithium-ion batteries for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) to Japan! This project provided high-performance and high-safety battery solutions to a leading Japanese industrial automation company, supporting its efforts towards zero carbonization and intelligent upgrades in the industrial automation field.

In March, the second phase of Huayou's Indonesia 50,000-ton precursor project successfully produced its first batch of qualified products, marking that the Huayou project has officially entered the stage of scale production. In 2024, the company achieved a revenue of 60.946 billion yuan, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 4.155 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 23.99%, marking the best operating performance since the company's establishment. The net cash flow from operating activities was 12.431 billion yuan, up 256.61% year-on-year, indicating a significant improvement in operating quality. By the end of the reporting period, total assets reached 136.591 billion yuan, an increase of 8.82% compared to the previous year, while the net assets attributable to the parent company were 36.946 billion yuan, a growth of 7.78%. For the fiscal year 2024, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 5 yuan per 10 shares (tax included) to all shareholders, totaling approximately 840 million yuan, accounting for 20.20% of the annual net profit attributable to the parent company, continuously returning value to shareholders.

On April 20th, Company Chairman Chen Xuehua visited the site of the Indonesia Pomalaa Industrial Park (referred to as IPIP) for inspection and guidance. Senior Vice President Gao Baojun, who is also the President of Huayou's Nickel Industry Group in Indonesia, and the person in charge of the IPIP park accompanied him throughout the visit.
